How we use your information

The Well Church collects registration information only to plan and safely host Night to Shine 2027, communicate with families, coordinate buddies and accommodations, and manage event check-in.

Information collected

We may collect names, birthdate, contact and emergency information, companion preference, mobility information, and allergy, dietary or sensory needs.

Who can access it

Registration information is kept in a private event database and is available only to authorized Night to Shine organizers who need it for the event. It will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing.

How long it is kept

Information will be retained only as long as reasonably needed to administer the event and complete necessary follow-up. An authorized organizer can delete individual registrations or permanently remove the event registration list.
